I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Groundswell Pub & Inn, and I must say, it exceeded all my high expectations in every way. From the moment I entered the Yellow Submariner room, I was struck by its spaciousness and charm, complete with a delightful sitting area that allowed for quiet moments between our adventures. The self-service breakfast room downstairs was a lovely touch, offering a selection of delicious options, including fresh muffins and yogurts that fueled our exciting days of kayaking and exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the warmth and friendliness of the new owners, who genuinely care about their guests' experiences; their passion for hospitality certainly shone through. The addition of a lovely terrace outside was perfect for unwinding in the evening with a craft beer after a day of fun. The Groundswell provided a unique and captivating experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a charming getaway!
